I was met with a smile by Nick at the 4444 Lindale Mall location in Cedar Rapids Iowa, they promptly evaluated the situation regarding a flat tire on my passenger’s rear side on my vehicle. In order for the warranty on my tire to be covered I had to take my vehicle to the other location where I purchased the tire. The mechanics at this Firestone location in. Dear Rapids promptly put the spare tire I had on my vehicle so I could continue to drive and get where I needed to be. I then went back the next day and marissa leveled out the air pressure in all four of the tires for me so my balance was correct. We continue to come back to this location with other vehicles as well and it’s due to this type of prompt and friendly service. Thank you.

The employees at this location are very attentive to your needs to get your vehicle back on the road in a safe manner. They go above and beyond to explain anything that needs to be handled and answer any questions you may have in regards to your service needs. Would recommend!

One of the best firestones in the country. Excellent friendly staff that work efficiently and itemize things that you need done to your vehicle without pressure. Very professional younger adults in the bay that have attention to detail and work hard to get you on your way. I normally try to stay away from national chain business however, this particular store has amazing managers and technicians that have always treated us right and we will continue having our vehicles serviced here.

Gabe was seriously great to work with at Firestone Complete Auto Care. He was always friendly, reliable, and made customers feel comfortable and taken care of. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing a good job and helping people out. He stayed calm under pressure, worked hard, and always kept a positive attitude with both customers and coworkers. Overall just an awesome employee and person to have on the team.
